tuesday morning.

It's Tuesday, and I am ...

... still debating whether I want to work part-time at an office.
... worried about my workload.
... revamping my to-do list for the week.
... dying for some downtime.
... appalled by our current presidential administration.
... looking forward to spending Saturday, National Scrapbooking Day, with my girlfriends at a marathon scrapbooking session.
... 162.6 pounds, and counting down.
... focusing in on feeling full and centered.
... sending positive vibes to my nine-year-old daughter, a reader who's taking the math TAKS test today.
... blogging.
... sleepy.
... grateful for my health, my husband and kids, our puppy dog (just turned two), our home, one last cool front, caffeine-free diet coke, nice people.

So, what are you today?? Comment, please. :)

I'm a few days late on this post, but I'm also dying for some down time!! Left work early to clean house. That's about as down time as it gets these days. :)

Finding joy in between the cracks (or trying to, anyway!).

It's Thursday night... and I am...

** Tired from the week
** Happy Mark is working from home tomorrow and will magically appear at 4pm instead of making a 45 minute commute home
** Feeling strong
** A little frustrated at my last mile run time. It was 8:49 - 8 seconds slower than my last... but it's still under 9 minutes, so that's pretty good.
** Looking forward to a week-end of pure self-indulgence
** Planning scrapbook layouts in my head
** Giving love and expressing patience.

I saw that you are doing scrapbooking AND you have a family picture site. What a gift to your family to do both! I am barely able to keep up with my online one!

I am feeling an immense sense of pride and gratitude that my daughter is about to graduate from Arizona State University with a BFA in Dance Performance - Magna Cum Laude! To quote Goethe, "We are shaped and fashioned by what we love." She is a living example of this.

And I am also very happy that we have 3 daughters graduated from college and 1 to go! Whoo hoo :)

TGIF everyone!
